Studies: Faculty of Sculpture, State Higher College of Plastic Arts, Wrocław, 1947-1952. Diploma in Prof Borys Michałowski’s studio, 1952. Since 1952 she took part in exhibitions, symposiums and sculpture workshops in Poland and abroad. Author of, among others: Monument to the Victims of Nazism (in a team with Metody Sowa) and architectural forms, medals and drawings. What dominates in the artist’s work is expressive portraits in the spirit of synthetic realism. Laureate of awards and distinctions, inter alia: Gold Medal and 1st prize at the All-Poland Biennial of Outdoor Sculpture, Bytom, 1969.
