Studies: Faculty of Painting, Academy of Fine Arts, Krakow (1977-1982) in the studios of professors: Tadeusz Brzozowski, Stanisław Rodziński, Jan Szancenbach, Kazimierz Wojtanowicz. Diploma in the studio of Prof Stanisław Rodziński and Prof Zbylut Grzywacz, 1982. Stipends of the Ministry of Culture and Art (1982-1984; 2001-2002; 2004), creative stay at the École Supérieure d'Art d'Aix-en-Provence, France. Laureate of the Rouse Kent Public Art Award for the best artistic project in the public space, England, 2000. Since 2001 founder-member of the Azorro artistic group. From 2002 to 2009 lecturer at the Faculty of Industrial Forms of his alma mater, then he conducted classes at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Bytom. Since 2010 lecturer in Szczecin, where he now heads the Department of Photography and Experimental Film. In his work, the artist addresses socio-political themes, creating photographs, installations, films, videos, objects.
