Studies: Academy of Fine Arts, Warsaw. Diploma 1951. Participation in Polish exhibitions and in international shows of Polish art abroad (India, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Switzerland, East Germany, the USSR). Laureate of, among others, the 1st degree State Award (with Jerzy Jarnuszkiewicz ) for the monument of Heroes of the Red Army in Warsaw, 1950. Honored with the Gold Cross of Merit, 1955. Author of figurative and abstract compositions, medals and monuments. His major outdoor projects include: bas-relieves on the pylons of the obelisk on the Cemetery-Mausoleum of Soviet Soldiers, Warsaw; monument of Ludwik Krzywicki, Płock, 1966; monument of Ludwik Zamenhof, Białystok, 1965; monument to commemorate the site of the first Nazi execution, 1939, Warsaw.
