Studies: Academy of Fine Arts, Warsaw, in the studios of professors: Tadeusz Breyer, Franciszek Strynkiewicz and Marian Wnuk, 1948-1951, and simultaneously Warsaw Polytechnic. Founder of the Association of Sculptors. Long-standing chair of the Main Board of the Association of Sculptors. Organizer of sculpture reviews ‘Winter Salon’ (since 1985) and sculpture workshops. Among others awarded: Badge ‘Son of the Regiment’; ‘For Merits to Warsaw’; ‘Accomplished for Culture’ and the Bronze Medal for Social Work during the organization of the ‘Biennial of Sculpture in Metal’; Bronze Medal for Merits to the Country’s Defenses; Gold Medal For Merits to the Development of Culture in the Army; Silver Cross For Merits to the Polish Scouting, Gold Medal of Merit; Knight’s Cross of the Order of Poland Reborn. Author of sculptures, ceramic works, paintings. Participant of sculpture workshops and creative stays in Orońsko.
