Graduate of the State Secondary School of Plastic Techniques in Zakopane, where he learned under professors Antoni Kenar and Tadeusz Brzozowski. Studies: Faculty of Sculpture, Academy of Fine Arts, Warsaw, 1960-1966. Diploma in the studio of Prof Marian Wnuk, 1966. Pedagogue in the Antoni Kenar Complex of Art Schools in Zakopane (since 1966). He takes part in sculpture competitions and group exhibitions at home and abroad, inter alia: 4th International Biennial Sport in Art, Madrid, 1973. Laureate of the 1st prize in the competition Rider and Horse, Warsaw, 1968. Initially he was working with wood, then he cast his sculptures in bronze using the method of lost wax. Author of sculptures and ceramic works.
