Studies: State Higher College of Plastic Arts, Lodz (now: Academy of Fine Arts), 1977-1982. Diploma at the Institute of Industrial Forms, 1983. Since 1985 academic lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, full professor, dean of the Faculty of Textile and Clothes. Stipend from the Ministry of Culture and Art (1983-1984, 2005), laureate of award at the International Sculpture Biennial, Poznan (2004). Participant of International Sculpture Symposiums. Member of the Programme Council in Orońsko. He presents his works in many solo and group exhibitions. Author of sculptures, objects, drawings.
