We would like to cordially invite you to the presentation of works created during this year’s edition of the Symposium of Contemporary Sculpture. The Orońsko studios hosted artists, students and graduates of Fine Art Academies from various artistic circles.
The 2nd edition of the symposium was devoted to the theme Forces of Nature and Heraclitus’s famous thought: ‘Everything floes, and nothing abides’. With the help of volunteers-assistants, the artists created sculptures and installations in the park space of the Centre of Polish sculpture. Besides creative workshops, the symposium also involved discussions, self-presentations of participants and meetings of Doyens of Sculpture – Teresa Murak, Jerzy Fober and Maciej Szańkowski.
