Studies: Academy of Fine Arts, Krakow, in the studio of Prof Xawery Dunikowski (1945-1948) and Academy of Fine Arts, Warsaw, under the direction of Prof Franciszek Strynkiewicz (1948-1950). Diploma 1952. She made illustrations for many magazines, was member of the Group 55, and a long-standing pedagogue at secondary schools in Warsaw, Zakopane, Nowy Wiśnicz. She collaborated in making architectural details for the reconstruction of Warsaw after the war. What remains the main theme of her work in man, initially represented realistically, than allusively. From realistic forms she moved on to create biological and abstract forms. Author of sculptures, drawings, poems.
