Studies: Faculty of Sculpture, Academy of Fine Arts, Warsaw, 1974-1979. Diploma in the studio of Prof Jerzy Jarnuszkiewicz, 1979. Since 1980 lecturer at the Faculty of Sculpture and at the Department of Stage Design of his alma mater. Founder of the Academia Theatre, affiliated with the Department of Stage Design of the Warsaw’s academy, and embracing students, graduates and pedagogues. Author of theatrical performances in which the most important is the stage movement, dance, gesture, play of light, while dialogue remains in the background. The themes undertaken by the artist are immersed in everyday life and provoke to reflections and contemplation. They are tales of human fate, their life, evanescence and death.
