Studies: Faculty of Fine Arts, The Nicolas Copernicus University, Torun (History of Art and Museum Studies); Faculty of Cinematography of the State Higher School of Film, Television and Theatre in Lodz, where he worked as a lecturer and head of the Department of Photography and Visual Advertising, 1970-1981. Professor of the Leon Schiller State Higher School of Film, Television and Theatre in Lodz. Originator of the establishment of the Katarzyna Kobro Artistic Award. Initiator of artistic enterprises and activities, co-founder of art groups, curator of the Wymiany Gallery in Lodz, author of texts, manifestos and artistic programmes.
