Assistant-resident of the QuintKrichman Project, San Diego, USA, 1994 and Association d’Art de Napoule Memorial Henry Clews, France. Stipends of: Arts’ Link, New York, 1993; OMI International Arts Center, New York, 1995; The Alfred Jurzykowski Foundation, New York, 1997; The Kościuszko Foundation, New York, 2001; The Pollock-Krasner Foundation, New York, 2001 and International Program Studio, New York, 2001. Laureate of awards, among others of The Stanisław Wyspiański Award, 1990; 2nd prize in the competition for the European Photography Award, Berlin, 1992. Author of site-specific installations, black-and-white photographs, large format paintings and objects. His work followed the spirit of minimalism and arte povera.
