Private artistic studies in the studios of Stanisław Tomaszewski and Jan Dymic, 1940-1944. Accepted as a member of the Association of Polish Artists on the basis of works. He was the chairman of the Szczecin Region of the association and the head of the sculpture section. Laureate of awards, honored with: Gold Cross of Merit (1969); Knight’s Cross of Polonia Restituta (1980), and others. He presented his works at many solo exhibitions in Poland and abroad, among others in Sweden, and in group exhibitions in Denmark, East Germany, Italy, Spain, Norway, West Germany, Czechoslovakia, the Soviet Union. Author of monuments, among others: Juliusz Słowacki in Stargard Szczeciński, 1955; Mieszko I in Mieszkowice, 1957; Adam Mickiewicz in Szczecin, 1960; Polish Soldier in Węgorzyn, 1961. Author of small scale sculptures, paintings, functional art and mosaics.
