Figurine presents the artist’s realistic self-portrait made in glazed ceramics. Static, hieratic pose brings to mind Greek representations of Kouros. The artist enjoys exploring the motif of self-portrait which is a sort of vivisection, and for this purpose uses various materials and conventions.
